Dr Maryam Henein graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009.
She has a broad range of dental experience, having worked in Darwin, including remote indigenous communities, as well as private practices across Melbourne and in Port Macquarie. Her approach to practice is minimally invasive and she is a firm believer that prevention is better than cure. Importantly, she also believes that one must continually update their skills and knowledge with further education.
In addition to being in private practice, Dr Maryam is involved in dental volunteering projects in the developing world. Outside of dentistry, her interests include philosophy, meeting people and hearing their stories, travelling, yoga, pilates, AFL (go Saints!), good coffee, trying new things and spending time with friends, family and her beloved pug, Blue.
